Nossa singularidade, aquilo que nos marca como povo, talvez seja justamente a diversidade; somos uma civiliza\u00e7\u00e3o calcada na intensa miscigena\u00e7\u00e3o das etnias.<\/p>\n<p>Em parceria com o blog <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pitadinha.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Pitadinha<\/a>, queremos exaltar um dos s\u00edmbolos culturais mais bonitos de nosso pa\u00eds. A culin\u00e1ria brasileira \u00e9 rica, diversificada, cheia de cores, de sabores, carregada de hist\u00f3rias, de cheiros, mem\u00f3rias, de afeto, de criatividade. Parte da cultura portuguesa foi incorporada na gastronomia atrav\u00e9s dos imigrantes que permaneceram na regi\u00e3o ap\u00f3s a coloniza\u00e7\u00e3o. Devido ao bioma da caatinga, os pratos adquiriram um sabor forte, apimentado e com alto teor cal\u00f3rico. J\u00e1 a cozinha alem\u00e3 tamb\u00e9m influenciou com biscoitos, p\u00e3es caseiros, bolos, geleias, salame e cervejas.
